Client Intellectual Property:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work products developed specifically for clients under a signed agreement may be subject to separate intellectual property terms as outlined in individual service agreements. Any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, or frameworks used in delivering services remain the property of Oriam Digital.

OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:
